We understand how much excess baggage can impact a production’s budget. We work closely with airlines to secure media baggage rates and relevant battery permissions are in place before you fly.
We will always ensure we search for routing on airlines that provide the best media baggage rates. We have media baggage rates with multiple airlines including British Airways, American Airlines, United Airlines, Qatar Airways, Emirates and Virgin to name a few.
If the best route is with airlines that do not have a media baggage policy, we can also approach these airlines on an ad hoc basis to arrange the best media baggage rates for you. We also have contacts with the airlines to provide your crew with the relevant lithium battery paperwork, making check in and passing through security run smoothly.
